Hold Policy
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% of the total rental is required to confirm your
reservation. This deposit is required within 5 business days from the date the
reservation is made.
BALANCE: Total rental to be paid at least 30 days before occupancy by cash,
personal or traveler’s checks.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: Your deposit will be promptly refunded, minus a cancellation
fee of 15% of the rental amount, if we receive your cancellation at least six weeks
before the start of your reservation on one unit and eight weeks on multiple units.
With less notice, a refund will be made, minus a 15% cancellation fee, if we are
successful in rerenting the reserved accommodations for the entire reserved
period. No refunds are made after arrival.
